I’ve spent years on real trails — the kind lined with pines, switchbacks, rainstorms, and sunrises. But the hardest trails I’ve ever walked weren’t in the mountains. They were the ones inside my own life: losing a parent, divorce, marriage, navigating anxiety and depression, becoming a new father, changing jobs, and trying to stay grounded through it all.
That’s where Trail Tone 90 was born — not from perfection, but from perseverance.
Because transformation isn’t really about having the perfect plan, perfect schedule, or perfect mindset.
It’s about showing up when everything in you wants to quit.
It’s about adhering to a routine even when life is heavy.
It’s about taking the next step — not the hundred ahead — with discipline and compassion.
In my years as a forest ranger, I learned one truth:
The trail doesn’t care if you’re tired, overwhelmed, grieving, or unsure.
